
Chicken with mango-avocado sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g grilled chicken breast
- 2 mangoes cut into cubes
- 2 avocados cut into cubes
- 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander
- 1 small red pepper into cubes
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 2 small jalapeño peppers or pickled green peppers
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
Cooking method
1. Mix all the ingredients and place them on top of the chicken fillet.
2. Serve optionally with rice of your choice.
