Chicken with mango-avocado sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g grilled chicken breast
  • 2 mangoes cut into cubes
  • 2 avocados cut into cubes
  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  • 1 small red pepper into cubes
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 small jalapeño peppers or pickled green peppers
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt

Cooking method

1. Mix all the ingredients and place them on top of the chicken fillet.

2. Serve optionally with rice of your choice.
