    Mitsides Mezzelune Caprese 250 g

    Frozen fresh egg pasta with 50% filling. Ready in 5-6 minutes. No artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings, no MSG, no GMO
    Prepare Use Cook from frozen. Drop the frozen ravioli in plenty of boiling, salted water or stock. Once the water come back to the boil, cook for 5-6 minutes. Gently drain and serve with the sauce of your choice. Mezzelune with Carpese sauce (2 servings) * 1 package Mitsides Mezzelune Caprese * 2 tbsp olive oil * 1 small onion, cut into small cubes * 1 tbsp Mitsides tomato paste * 100 g Mitsides passata * Salt * Freshly ground black pepper * Mozzarella pearls * Fresh basil leaves, to garnish Boil the ravioli according to package instructions and drain, saving ½ cup of the pasta water. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the tomato paste and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the passata and the ½ cup of pasta water and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer uncovered for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat, add the cooked ravioli and gently stir. Serve with mozzarella pearls and garnish with fresh basil leaves
