Homemade juicy cheeseburgers

Ingredients

  • 250 g ground beef
  • 250 g minced pork
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped or mashed
  • breadcrumbs 150 g
  • 1/4 cup red dry wine
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Brioche buns
extra toppings:
  • crispy fried onions
  • Pickled cucumber slices
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Mayonnaise
  • BBQ sauce

Cooking instructions

1. Soak the breadcrumbs in the wine for a few minutes

2. Squeeze the crumb and add all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.

3. Shape the burgers to a palm size and press them lightly by hand.

4. Bake the burgers on a grill or pan for 4-5 minutes on each side or depending on the baking you want to achieve.

5. Serve on a bun with the toppings of your choice.
