Bruschetta with Kyknos tomato paste

Ingredients
- 6 slices of wheat or wholegrain bread
- 6 teaspoons tomato paste KYKNOS
- Extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt in flakes
- fresh basil leaves
- capers (optional)
Instructions
Brush the bread with a little olive oil and bake it on the grill or the toaster.While itis still hot, spread the tomato paste on top, add a little olive oil and sprinkle with the salt, capers and basil leaves. Serve immediately. It is a nice "appetizer" for ouzo or tsipouro.
