Pork chops marinated in rum and mustard

  • 2 pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 1 shot of black rum
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions

1. In a deep bowl mix all the ingredients for the marinade: the olive oil, the mustard, the orange juice, the black rum, and the brown sugar

2. Place the steaks in the marinade, cover them and leave them in the fridge for 2 hours.

3. Put the pork chops together with the marinade in a pan, season with salt and pepper, cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes on each side.

4. Remove the foil and let them brown for another 5 minutes.
