Oven Ravioli with pesto, cream cheese and pine nuts

Ingredients
- 1 pack ravioli with cheese e.g. halloumi 400 g
- 150 g cream cheese (preferably low fat)
- 3 tbsp pesto sauce
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tbsp with grated halloumi cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
Cooking instructions
- In a saucepan with salted water, boil the ravioli for 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the pesto sauce: in a bowl, mix the pesto sauce with the cream cheese and add pepper.
- In a fireproof pan (about 20 x 20), place the boiled ravioli, pesto sauce and pine nuts. Mix all the ingredients until the sauce is well spread, and sprinkle with the grated halloumi.
- Bake in a preheated oven until the halloumi softens at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
- After serving, we can add fresh basil leaves on top.
