Oven Ravioli with pesto, cream cheese and pine nuts

  • 1 pack ravioli with cheese e.g. halloumi 400 g
  • 150 g cream cheese (preferably low fat)
  • 3 tbsp pesto sauce
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 tbsp with grated halloumi cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves

Cooking instructions

  1. In a saucepan with salted water, boil the ravioli for 12 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the pesto sauce: in a bowl, mix the pesto sauce with the cream cheese and add pepper.
  3. In a fireproof pan (about 20 x 20), place the boiled ravioli, pesto sauce and pine nuts. Mix all the ingredients until the sauce is well spread, and sprinkle with the grated halloumi.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven until the halloumi softens at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
  5. After serving, we can add fresh basil leaves on top.
