Halloumi fries with three dips

Serves: 3-4 people


  • 500 g halloumi
  • 1 litre sunflower oil
  • 50 g ketchup
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 50 g mustard
  • 10 g honey
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 2 limes
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper

Cooking Instructions

Place a medium saucepan on the stove and heat the sunflower oil very well. At the same time, cut the halloumi into long strips.   

As soon as the oil is ready, pour in the halloumi strips and fry for 4-5 minutes until golden. 

For the 1st dip, mix the ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl.

For the 2nd dip, mix 50g yogurt, honey, mustard, lime zest and lemon. Then add the juices of half a lemon and half a lime, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix again until it becomes one blend.

For the 3rd dip, add 50g yogurt, a little zest and juice from half a lime. Mix the ingredients and add salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mix again until it becomes one blend.
