
Asian meatballs with sweet chilli sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg ground beef or pork
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh onion
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup panko toast
- 1 egg
- 1 chopped chilli pepper
- 1 small grated carrot
- 3/4 cup thinly boiled or steamed beans
- 1 cup boiled basmati rice
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame
Cooking Method
1. In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, ginger, coriander, salt, soy sauce, toast, egg, carrot and garlic.
2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them in a pan on which we have spread non-stick paper.
3. Bake the meatballs in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
4. When they are ready, serve with the rice and the beans. Pour the sweet chilli sauce on top and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
