KIDDO Milk Cookies

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoon Lanitis Yogurt 0% (8 x 70 gr.)
  • 100ml kiddo milk chocolate
  • 100 gr brown sugar
  • 130 gr butter
  • 140gr milk chocolate couverture
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ small spoon baking powder
  • ½ small spoon salt
  • 3 small spoons cocoa
  • 140gr whole wheat flour
  • 100gr milk chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

  1. We melt the butter with the couverture in a baking pan using benmari method and mix.
  2. We remove from heat, adding the sugar first and then the milk, stirring constantly.
  3. Next, we add the eggs and stir, then add the baking powder, salt, cocoa and flour. We stir until a smooth mixture is obtained.
  4. We add the chocolate chips, we stir gently and place it in the fridge for an hour until the mixture is firm.
  5. We then create small balls from the mixture and place them on a plate over a non-stick paper, leaving some space between them.
  6. We bake them in a preheated oven at 180c for 12 minutes.
  7. We let them cool and they are ready to enjoy!
