Healthy chocolate mousse

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 small ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
Can be served with:
  • Dried coconut without added sugar



  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and mix until softened and well combined.
  2. Pair the mousse with your favourite fruit, finely chopped unsalted nuts or dried coconut.
