Prepare Use Use it twice a day to protect against lasting sensitivity. For quick relief, first brush your sensitive teeth or put a pea-sized amount of cream on the clean tip of your finger and gently rub the base of each sensitive tooth (no more than twice a day) for a minute before brushing. Do not use the toothpaste if the sides of the box are open. Close the lid after each use to protect the content from moisture.
