Prepare Use	To Open: Squeeze smooth areas on cap and turn. To Close: Turn cap until it locks. Pour 20 ml (4 teaspoons) of LISTERINE rinse into a cup. Empty the cup into your mouth. Don’t dilute the solution with water. Swish for a full 30 seconds and then spit the solution out. Use 10 ml for children from 6 till 12 years of age
