    Prepare Use 1 cap = 60 ml. MACHINE WASH: Select prog without pre-wash. Add the recommended dosage into the main wash compartment. HAND WASH: Dissolve 40ml of detergent in 5 litres of cold or warm water and then add the clothes in the dilution
