    Prepare Use 1. Lift and peel off this side from the point marked Open here. 2. Remove the film roll from the box and carefully unroll about 10 cm. Put the film roll back in the box. 3. Using your thumb, press on the special recesses on the sides of the box, marked press here, to stabilise the cylinder inside. 4. Pull the film to the desired length and tear it pulling vertically against the plastic cutting blade.
