Prepare Use

Care instructions: Prior to use: wash in warm soapy water then rinse and dry thoroughly. Never leave an empty pan on a hot burner as this may cause damage. Stainless steel handles will minimise heat transfer, however potholders are recommended when cooking for long periods. Suitable for : all cooktops including induction. Oven safe to 180 degrees Celsius. Pans are dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended by soaking in warm water with detergent to loosen debris and then using a soft plastic brush to rub gently clean.
