    Safety Warnings Warnings: - When taking from the freezer or the microwave, always place it on a tablemat. The direct contact with cold and/or wet surfaces could cause breakages. - Wait a few minutes before removing the lid if the container has been in the freezer. - Remove the lid before use in the microwave. The lid can be rested on the top of the container, during re-heating, in order to avoid spatters, but do not seal. When finished, place the lid on a flat surface, in doing so if the lid has become temporarily distorted due to the steam coming from the food, it will revert back to its initial shape and dimension. - Do not use the container in the oven, in the microwave on any setting other than re-heating, or directly on the open flame
