Defrost the product in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours or for immediate consumption defrost at room temperature for about 3 hours without removing the plastic film. After defrosting, remove the plastic film and consume the quality you desire.
Storage Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting. After opening, the product can be stored for 10 days in the refrigerator in its original packaging
