Hob: From Frozen. 3-4 min Add 400 g of frozen mixed vegetables in boiling water. Bring back to the boil, cover and simmer as shown or until tender. Drain and serve. Microwave: From Frozen. Cat E 850 w: 4 min / Cat D 750w: 4 min 30 sec. Place 80 g of frozen mixed vegetables in a microwavable bowl and add 1 tablespoon of water. Cover and heat as shown, stir halfway. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Steam: From Frozen. 8 min. Bring steamer to the boil and add 240 g of frozen mixed vegetables. Steam as shown or until tender. Top up water as necessary, do not allow the steamer to boil dry
