    Prepare Use Instructions: Without defrosting. In the microwave: Add the beans in a microwave safe pot. Cover and cook on the maximum setting (900 watt) for the indicated time, stirring halfway. For 200 g: 3 minutes. For 400 g: 5 minutes. For 600 g: 8 minutes. For 750 g: 10 minutes. In a pan: add the beans with a bit of oil in a pan. Let heat for the indicated time on high heat half covered, and then reduce heat to medium, stirring regularly. For 200 g: 3 minutes. For 400 g: 6 minutes. For 600 g: 9 minutes. For 750 g: 12 minutes. In a pot: Dip the beans in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes after it starts to simmer. Strain. In all cases, add salt and pepper as you wish
