    Prepare Use Instructions: Without defrosting. In a pot: Cover the beans in boiling water. As soon as it starts to boil again, cover and cook on medium heat for 6-7 minutes if you like them crunchy, or 10-12 minutes if you like them well cooked. Strain. Salt and pepper as you wish. In a pressure cooker: Add 2 glasses of water in the pressure cooker, place the beans in the basket on the highest position. Close and cook for 3 minutes after the valve is up. Salt and pepper as you wish. Steamed: spread the beans in a steam basket. Place it in simmering water, covered, for 11-12 minutes. Salt and pepper as you wish
