In a frying pan: Cook from frozen. Heat a little oil or butter. Put the sliced potatoes in the pan and cook over high heat for 10 to 15 minutes, taking care to flip them from time to time until they are nice and golden. In a deep fryer: cook from frozen. Immerse the frozen potatoes in oil heated to 175°C for 4 to 6 minutes. Remember to renew the oil after 10 to 12 uses. To remove excess fat, leave the fried potatoes to rest on kitchen towel before serving.
