Remove all packaging. Place frozen breaded onion rings in a single layer on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven, turning halfway through cooking time.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. 2-3 min Pre-heat the oil to 180°C (355°F), Shake halfway through. Drain well before serving
