    Prepare Use For best results cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Microwave from froze: Cat E 800 w. Cooking time: 5 minutes. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 3 minutes. Stir, replace film lid and cook for a further 2 minutes. Stand for 1 minute, sir before serving. Oven from froze: Fan 180°C / Gas 5. Cooking time: 30 minutes. Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C / Gas 5. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. 25 minutes into cooking time, stir, return to oven for a further 5 minutes. Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving
