    Prepare Use For best results cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Stir Fry: Based on whole bag: Heat 25 ml (approx. 2-3 dessert spoons) of oil in a frying pan or wok over a medium to high heat. Cut top of the bag. Add product mix to the pan. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stir frequently, reduce heat if necessary. Increase heat and stir frequently to reduce liquid if necessary. Microwave: Based on a whole bag: Cat E / 800 w Full Power. Remove required amount from packaging. Place into a large microwaveable dish. Cover with film and pierce several times. Cook for 8 minutes. Stir, cook for a further 6 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving
