Prepare Use This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure the fish is piping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. To oven cook 210°C/ Fan 190°C / Gas 6. Cooking time: 20-25 minutes: Pre-heat oven. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven. To grill / Cooking time 18-22 minutes: Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Turn occasionally. To deep fry / Cooking time: 7 minutes: Pre-heat oil. Lower fillets gently into the oil. When cooked place fillets on kitchen paper to drain prior to serving
