Prepare Use	Cook well before consumption. No need to defrost. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Place the chicken nuggets on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 12-15minutes, Turn once halfway through cooking. Fry/ Deep fry: Fry in hot oil (for deep fry pre-heat oil to 180°C) for approximately 3-4 minutes. Drain and serve
