For one sachet: Ingredients to be added: 250ml semi-skimmed milk and 50g melted butter. 1. Empty the pancake mix in a bowl and add 125ml of the milk. 2. Stir with a whisk until you have a smooth lump-free mixture. 3. Slowly stir in the remaining 125ml milk and 50g of melted butter. 4. On a very hot, lightly greased pan, cook pancakes 6-8cm in diameter. When small bubbles appear on the top of the pancake, flip it. It's ready!
