    Tasting Notes The nose is mild and lightly drying. An elusive fruity tang introduces clear, fresh and cleansing top notes, with peat smoke and maritime hints of sea breezes and seaweed. The palate is light and smooth. The taste starts sweet and salty, then heat builds in waves o glorious smoke. The finish is still smoky, with rea depth of taste and a warming spiciness
