BIO goat's milk has all the nutrients of goat's milk. It is ideal for people who are intolerant or allergic to cow's milk, due to the different composition of the proteins it contains. It is more digestible and better metabolized due to its composition; it has smaller liposomes that are easily broken down by intestinal enzymes.
