    Prepare Use For cooking: Ready to use, cold or warm for pasta, salads, various sauces, etc. For confectionary: Shake well and add sugar up to 15% depending on your preference and tap it in the mixer at high speed. Use it in sweets, fruit salads, ice creams, cakes, coffee etc.

    Storage Ready to use, keep refrigerated (not freeze) for at least 5 hours. Keep the cream outside the fridge, in a cool place (+20°C). Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3-4 days
