Prepare Use	Instructions: Without previously defrosting. In the microwave: Remove the fillets from their bag. Place in a microwave safe pan, and heat for 5 minutes. In the pot: Place the fillets in a pot with boiling water and cook for around 10 minutes from the time they start boiling again. In the oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the fillets from their bag and place on a dish. Let bake for around 20 minutes. In a frying pan: Remove the fillets from their bags and place them still frozen in a hot pan with a bit of olive oil. Brown each side for around 5 minutes. Defrost: In the refrigerator: place the fillets in a plate and let defrost for 6 hours. In the microwave: Remove the fillets from their bag and place them in a microwave safe pan
