Click & Collect service now available to our Customers!

In our efforts to continue to improve our services, we have launched Click & Collect, a service which allows our customers to place their orders online and pick them up at our Click & Collect locker points, guaranteeing more flexibility and convenience.

The process is very simple and user-friendly. All you must do is:

1. Add the items you want to purchase to your cart, select “Click & Collect” as the shipping method and the time slot for pick-up.
   ​
2. Collect your shopping from the designated self-service lockers, by using the access code you received after placing your order, during your chosen time slot.

The Click & Collect service consists of lockers with three different temperatures (frozen, chilled, and room temperature) to ensure that all your items are kept fresh and unaffected by weather conditions.

The Click & Collect service is currently available at Alphamega Acropolis (Nicosia) and Alphamega Polemidia (Limassol). The plan is to expand to locations island wide.
